Make content about: Elaine is riding 1,309 virtual miles
Elaine was not a cyclist, but after losing Tom, she got on an indoor bike to ride 1,309 virtual miles in his honour.
This story
After losing Tom, who loved animals and had always wanted to visit the Nurburgring, Elaine took on a 1,309-mile virtual ride on her turbo trainer. Cycling before work, she set out to ride from home to the German circuit, complete a lap, and cycle back. Having reached 1,111 miles, she had 198 miles left to complete the journey.
Where you could take it
Sit down with Elaine by her turbo trainer to hear how the 1,309-mile virtual ride went and what Tom's memory means to her.
