Make content about: Dean is taking on the London Marathon

Dean was told he would never walk again after a motorbike crash. Now he is taking on the London Marathon.

This story

In June 2025, Dean broke his back and sustained a spinal cord injury in a motorbike crash. After nine weeks in intensive care and four months in rehabilitation, he had to adapt to life as a wheelchair user. Having found hope through support from someone with a similar injury, he is now preparing to take on the London Marathon.
