Make content about: David teaches prisoners gardening

David spent decades battling isolation and fibromyalgia as a gardener before using his trade to help prisoners learn and build.

This story

After years working alone in an estate garden, David built his own horticulture business, but burnout and chronic pain eventually brought a diagnosis of fibromyalgia. He adapted his career by teaching and launching a gardening academy in a prison in Perth. Today he designs therapeutic spaces, including an award-winning showcase garden built alongside people in prison.
