Make content about: David is running for both his parents

Grief once overwhelmed David. Running became his lifeline, and now he is returning to the race distances that started it all.

This story

After his mother died of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis in 2011, David struggled with grief, anxiety and depression. Running became a lifeline and a way to process his loss, supported by his father until his father died of lung cancer in 2022. Having completed events from 5Ks to marathons over the years, David is now training for a series of races to honour both parents.

Where you could take it
