This story
After Melanie was diagnosed with a brain tumour, she underwent surgery and chemotherapy before dying around 18 months later, shortly before her twin grandchildren were born. Experiencing the care and dignity provided by hospices stayed with her family. In April 2027, Dave plans to cycle roughly 1,000 miles from Land's End to John o' Groats over 12 days, mostly camping along the route.
