After his wife passed away, Dave was looking for a way to fill his time when a mutual friend introduced him to Bluebell Wood. He began volunteering in 2013 with bucket collections at a car event in Sheffield, making friends straight away. He has since helped across fundraising duties, from packing event kits to calling supporters.
