Make content about: Colin and Shirley walk 192 miles

Colin and Shirley are walking 192 miles across northern England to thank the children's hospice supporting their granddaughter Ebony.

This story

Colin and Shirley's granddaughter Ebony lives with cystinosis, a rare genetic condition that causes crystals to build up in organs including the kidneys. A children's hospice in Grimsby has supported Ebony from an early age and provided respite for her family. Now in their late 60s, Colin and Shirley planned an 18-day, 192-mile coast-to-coast trek across northern England to raise funds for the hospice.

Where you could take it

Join Colin and Shirley along their walking route to hear how the trek is going and talk about what the hospice means to their family.
