At 29 weeks pregnant, Chloe was rushed between hospitals after suffering a complete placental abruption. Her daughter Mollie was born by emergency caesarean weighing just 2lb 7oz and spent eight weeks in hospital before coming home on overnight oxygen. Chloe and her husband Ethan are now preparing to walk the 54-mile route between the two hospitals to support other families in neonatal care.
