Make content about: Bryony brought sign language to Leeds

Bryony wanted to stop deaf children feeling isolated in Leeds. Now playgrounds and classrooms across the city feature sign language.

This story

Bryony wanted to tackle isolation for deaf children like her seven-year-old son Scott. She worked with the local council to design and install British Sign Language signs in ten playgrounds across Leeds. Her group also delivered twenty deaf-friendly book bundles and learning resources to local primary schools.
