Make content about: Brenda led rail tours across the world

Brenda spent years unwell before finding answers. She went on to lead international rail tours right across the world.

This story

Brenda spent years struggling with unexplained exhaustion and low mood, putting it down to busy family life until an endoscopy in 1988 revealed coeliac disease. She adapted to a lifelong gluten-free diet and became a tour manager for an international rail company, travelling through countries including Russia, Canada, and Norway. Now 84, she won £1,000 in a raffle and continues to share advice with others managing the condition.

Where you could take it

Sit down with Brenda to look through photographs from her rail tours and talk about navigating different countries on a gluten-free diet.
