Benjamin ran the London Marathon dressed as a parrot to support Action Duchenne after the charity helped his family. His son is living with Duchenne muscular dystrophy, a genetic condition that causes muscles to weaken progressively. To mark the charity's 25th anniversary, Benjamin is taking on 25 half marathons across 18 months in the UK and abroad.
