Make content about: Ayla is finally sleeping soundly
Three-year-old Ayla slept only three hours a night. Small bedtime changes brought rest and calm back to her family.
This story
Three-year-old Ayla has autism and struggled to sleep for more than three or four hours at a time, waking through the night and exhausting her family. Her mother Alexandra contacted Cerebra's sleep service for guidance tailored to Ayla's sensory needs. With a consistent routine and small adjustments, Ayla began sleeping better and the whole household became calmer.
