Make content about: Andrea found room to breathe

Andrea was overwhelmed balancing work and caring for her father, until regular respite visits gave her room to breathe.

This story

During the 2020 lockdown, Andrea was overwhelmed trying to balance her job, managing her father's care, and checking in on his dog. Support started with regular phone check-ins and grew into weekly three-hour visits from a care assistant, giving her father companionship and games of Scrabble. The regular breaks and occasional evenings off gave Andrea vital time to rest while knowing her father was safe.
