Make content about: Amber is exploring on her own

Amber relied on her mum to get around. A wheelchair gave her the freedom to play and explore on her own.

This story

Eight-year-old Amber loves to sing, dance and perform, but after losing the ability to walk she relied on her mum for everyday movement. Getting a wheelchair gave her the freedom to move independently, play with friends on her own and hold her mum's hand on walks instead of being pushed. She also lives with a condition that affects attention and hyperactivity, channeling her energy into activities like adaptive skiing.

Where you could take it

Spend an afternoon with Amber as she practises singing and dancing in her wheelchair.
