Make content about: Ally curated a nature poetry book
After illness and divorce, Ally found solace in a meadow and curated a poetry book celebrating nature.
This story
In 2021, Ally developed a balance disorder that forced her to relearn how to walk, alongside a marriage breakdown and severe anxiety. Stepping out into the meadow behind her house, she watched owls, kestrels and butterflies, and began writing poetry to process her grief. She went on to curate an anthology of poems about nature with diverse contributors, raising funds for wildlife conservation.
